Magnolia Place

Key Homes had the opportunity to build in this family-friendly neighborhood from 2003 to 2006. Located in Crestwood just minutes from the Summit and Springhurst, it’s a short commute to downtown and some of the county’s best schools, making it an ideal location in Oldham County. Homes in this neighborhood were priced from the $220,000’s to $270,000’s.

Station Pointe

This community of 34 single-family homes is located in beautiful Simpsonville, a short distance from Louisville and Shelbyville.  We completed the neighborhood in Fall 2006 and homes were priced from the $160,000’s to $200,000. This development also includes the Gardens of Station Pointe Patio Homes.
